IT Support Engineer - International End User - Up to£50,000
Pearson Carter are currently working with an international end user.

They are looking to add IT support to their team to cope as they have grown into a world class software solution provider developing solutions that are intelligent, platform-independent,and adaptable.


Responsibilities

  • Install and configure hardware and software.
  • Work with the team to ensure all issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • Resolve support tickets in accordance with SLA guidelines.
  • Record, track, and document the requests for problem solving process including actions taken through to the final resolution.

Experience

  • Extensive experience in troubleshooting & resolving complex End User support issues
  • Strong SharePoint Online & OneDrive implementation & administration Skills
  • Strong Experience in Office 36
  • Excellent understanding of TCP/IP network protocol ip addressing, subnet masking etc.

Salary


They are offering a competitive salary of up to £50,000 along with the chance to be involved in some exciting new projects in the space and satellite industry.
