IT Support Engineer - International End User - Up to£50,000
Pearson Carter are currently working with an international end user.

They are looking to add IT support to their team to cope as they have grown into a world class software solution provider developing solutions that are intelligent, platform-independent,and adaptable.

Responsibilities

Install and configure hardware and software.
Work with the team to ensure all issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
Resolve support tickets in accordance with SLA guidelines.
Record, track, and document the requests for problem solving process including actions taken through to the final resolution.

Experience

Extensive experience in troubleshooting & resolving complex End User support issues
Strong SharePoint Online & OneDrive implementation & administration Skills
Strong Experience in Office 36
Excellent understanding of TCP/IP network protocol ip addressing, subnet masking etc.

Salary

They are offering a competitive salary of up to £50,000 along with the chance to be involved in some exciting new projects in the space and satellite industry.
