Who We Are:

Stays is an independent short term lettings agency specialising in listing and managing properties through booking platforms like Airbnb. We pride ourselves on the top quality customer service we provide to our guests and our property owners. We work in a fast-paced environment where we continue to grow rapidly.

As we are expanding, we are now recruiting for a holiday let operations coordinator/ administrator to join this exciting development phase.


The Role:

This is a varied role for the right person to make their own. You will be an important cog in the daily operations of our Holiday Lets division. Reliability and multitasking go hand in hand.

At times you will be front facing with guests or hosts so a friendly and approachable personality is a must as well as a genuine care and pride for your role.

As the role grows there will be the opportunity to develop further.


You will initially be based in our head office in Cheltenham, but with the view to be working from home in the future.

You will be expected to travel to surrounding areas of Gloucestershire.

Full training will be given.

If you have property, reception, accounts, secretarial or general admin experience and are looking for a varied role, then we would love to hear from you.


You should have great time management skills, excellent communication skills, a customer service experience background, and excellent IT, English & Maths skills.

This is a part time role, Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 2:30pm.


Responsibilities:


  • Daily Calendar operations
  • Check, update and amend bookings through booking platforms
  • Update owners with booking information
  • Guest liaison regarding check in & check out information and queries.
  • Linen process collection and delivery around Cheltenham, Winchcombe and surrounding areas.
  • Update/allocate/liaise with cleaners
  • Monthly statement generation
  • Supplier invoices (authorisation & recharge process)
  • Recharge guests for damages with relating documents if applicable
  • Update website, social media and booking portals with new and revised property information
  • Assist with new short term let takeons
  • Dealing with general property related and short let related queries from guests and/or hosts.
  • Any other tasks which requires the smooth operation of our short let division

What We Are Looking For:


  • You will be comfortable with technology. Confident with smartphones, tablets and computers and able to learn new software easily. You will be confident with using spreadsheets and word processors
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills you will liaise with guests, owners and suppliers regularly. You should be a great communicator via both phone and written formats
  • Ability to remain focused in a fastpaced environment and maintain a high attention to detail
  • Desire for continuous learning and development, with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn new skills necessary to meet changing business needs
  • Proactive and willing to contribute ideas and expertise to improve the business
  • Ability to use initiative to solve problems you have never come across before
  • Positive attitude
  • Organised and independent, able to manage time effectively
  • Ability to give and receive feedback in a professional manner
  • Clean driving licence and use of own vehicle

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 25 per week


Salary:
£16,500.00-£17,000.00 per year
