    We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our dedicated and friendly team of professionals at Profdoc. As a RCVS accredited practice, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care to our patients and providing outstanding service to their clients.

    The Role

    • Full-time position with flexible hours, typically 4 or 5 days per week, working 9-hour shifts.
    • The role will involve a combination of consulting and operating, with shifts split between the two.
    • You will be based at any of our state-of-the-art surgeries, working as part of a dynamic and experienced team of veterinary surgeons.
    • We offer a balanced, supportive work environment with regular team meetings to ensure continuous professional development.

    What We're Looking For

    • A qualified, experienced Veterinary Surgeon with a passion for delivering excellent patient care.
    • A team player who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment, committed to supporting colleagues and delivering high-quality care.
    • Strong communication skills and a genuine care for pets and their owners, with a focus on building strong relationships.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide high-quality patient care, using expertise to diagnose and treat a range of medical conditions.
    • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
    • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to ongoing training and development initiatives.

    Requirements

    • RCVS accreditation as a Veterinary Surgeon.
    • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a RCVS accredited practice.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and patients.
