Client Engagement Manager Required for Edtech Event - London, United Kingdom - ICS

Our client, an award-winning global events company is looking to recruit a Client Engagement / Relationship Manager to join their award-winning EdTech divisional team in London, on a flexi-hours, hybrid WFH basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Your job will be to assist in delivering a compelling end-user experience towards our Client's enviable network of Education Institutions, Governments, EdTech Solution Providers, Event Participants, and Organisers alike, with a view to facilitating, automating,and enhancing key touch points for participating stakeholders at various levels and functions within the lucrative EdTech events arena.
As a Client Engagement Manager, you will be passionate about all things events (ideally within the EdTech sector) and must also be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of Tech-Enabled Events i.e.
Working alongside our Client's in-house engagement and community development teams, you will be charged with rolling out/implementing our Clients industry's first Personatech blueprint programme, which aims to provide a cohesive end-to-end platform solution
- from registration through to onsite meeting attendance.
Your Attributes and Experience
- Experience delivering against a clear blueprint process for sponsorship fulfillment and individual client projects.
- Proven ability in working with stakeholders on the client side and internally across various key departments.
- A strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings.
- Excellent organisation skills: to ensure that all stakeholders and tasks (clientside and internal) are expertly coordinated.
- Know how to take the initiative, seek out opportunities to learn new skills, and put the ones you've already got to good use.
- Not just intelligence, but creativity too: you'll be ready to come up with novel ideas to solve our client's biggest problems.
- Experience adapting and learning new skills and to drive for continuous improvement in the client experience and delivery process.
- Attention to detail with an aptitude for analytical work, like sniffing out clues in massive data sets or hunting down the key issues in a hugely complex challenge.
- Experience being goalorientated and problemsolving to achieve the desired outcome
- Confidence in a fastpaced, highgrowth, entrepreneurial environment
- A willingness to work fluidly and respectfully with our incredibly talented team.

- Input in the development of event marketing solutions that are developed by the Key Account Directors and Event Directors alike.
Additional Information:
- This is a hybrid role and is predominately WFH based.
- Ultracompetitive basic salary of up to £50,000 will be dependent on experience in addition to a very competitive/uncapped commission structure with a realistic OTE of c. £75,000 per annum (Year 1).
