We work closely with some of the industry's leading competent person schemes such as FENSA to ensure that our services continue to provide the best support for companies operating within an ever-changing and dynamic sector.

We are looking to recruit an Insurance Claims Handler to join our busy team, working 5 days a week (hybrid).

The postholder will be responsible for overseeing the full cycle of the claims process from inception to assessment, processing and outcomes.

The postholder will have:

Experience within a claims department of an insurance organisation or within the financial services industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to problem solve and prioritise tasks
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent understanding of administration systems and be able to follow set processes
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
