Hybrid - 2x per week in London


Salary:
Up to £120,000 DOE, 10% bonus + car allowance


We are looking for an experienced, results-driven leader to join our brilliant Digital team This role sits within
Product and Experience and is responsible for the continuous improvement of our digital and customer metrics across the Staysure Group digital platforms.


This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our business and trading performance, through optimisation of the digital customer experience with a view to increasing engagement, conversion and overall customer satisfaction.


You will be inquisitive and intuitive with the ability to challenge existing processes and have excellent communication skills at all levels.


You will have the ability to be hands on, optimising digital products across all brands and you will also act as the Chapter Lead.

This means growing and improving our capability for product optimisation across the group.


The scope involves continuously reviewing and optimising end to end digital journeys, using data and insight for a wide range of digital channels.

This ensures we are engaging with customers at the right time, in the right place, and in the right way.


The role:


  • Chapter Lead for Product Optimisation
  • Hiring and leading a team of CRO specialists
  • Understand our unique buyer psychology to improve product optimisation
  • Use data and insight to develop a deep and forensic understanding of what customers want and make proactive recommendations to optimise journeys
  • Prioritise using forecasted benefits and past test learnings focus on delivering value for audiences alongside delivering the strategic objectives.
  • Develop a product optimisation strategy in collaboration with Product, Tribe and Brand leadership including setting objectives, KPIs, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, design, development, and product, to identify and prioritize optimization opportunities.
  • Work with Product Management, Product Design and Product Analytics to implement and analyse experiments that informs datadriven decisionmaking
  • Use CRO and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Optimizely, VWO, and Content Square, to gather insights and inform optimisation efforts.
  • Manage multiple CRO projects simultaneously, ensuring ontime and onbudget delivery.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in CRO, digital marketing, and product design.

Experience:


  • Line management and leadership experience
  • Strong experience in developing, managing, and iterating successful experiments across journeys and digital products and channels.
  • Evidence that you know how to get the best out of digital channels and digital systems.
  • Experience in using 'live' analytics, A/B and MV testing and research (both qual and quant) to prioritise, make decisions, test, measure, optimise and iterate.
  • Desirable experience in Google Analytics, Optimizely, VWO, HotJar and Content Square
  • Confidence in identifying and testing new tools, technologies, and processes to improve conversion rate performance, free growth, consumer engagement and delivery against key metrics.
  • Proven experience in all facets of optimisation and experimentation for driving performance
  • Exceptional project management, problemsolving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities.
  • Relevant certifications or training in CRO, digital marketing, analytics, or UX/UI design are a plus.
