Minerva Virtual is an award-winning online school, and they are looking for their first ever Personal Branding and Content Executive to join their Social Media team and take ownership of the CEO's social media channels, support the leadership team in their personal branding and be an all start copywriter.

You will

Develop and execute a comprehensive personal branding strategy for the CEO, aimed at enhancing their profile across multiple digital channels, including social media, blogs, vlogs, and YouTube.
Maintaining the company's LinkedIn profile and writing content aligned with the brand
Travel with the CEO to various events and engagements, capturing dynamic content highlighting their daytoday activities and critical industry contributions.
Manage and curate content on social media profiles and other platforms for part of the leadership team, ensuring a consistent and professional brand message.
Analyse the effectiveness of personal branding strategies, adjusting plans based on datadriven insights to maximise reach and impact.
Collaborate closely with the Growth Team to ensure alignment of the personal branding strategy with the organisation's overall marketing goals. Produce highquality multimedia content that engages and grows the CEO's (and wider leadership team) audience across various platforms.

You'll have

Experience building personal branding strategies.
A strong understanding of the digital media landscape, including best practices for LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
Proven ability to produce and manage content across various forms, including video, photography, and writing.

Salary:
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Logistics:
Remote / Hybrid role - Brixton office, one day a week.
