RTB Roofing Limited have a combined total of 60+ years experience in the roofing industry. Working from the ground up, we boast an impressive portfolio of clients across Essex, London and surrounding areas.RTB Roofing Limited are looking to recruit a Project Administrator to join their team.
This is a part-time position working Monday - Friday 9:30am - 2:30pm, offering a salary of £23000 per annum pro rata, with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.
Please note - There may be potential for this role to become full time in the future
Job Objectives and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations
- Setting up new projects and chasing purchase orders.
- Database entry, electronic filing.
- Reviewing, updating, and maintaining up to date records.
- Supporting in maintaining project management methods, standards, and processes.
- Management of equipment
- Supporting good relationship with clients
- Invoice/Wages processing
- Working directly with Office Manager and Contracts Manager
- Any other tasks, within reason, required by the management team
