Description
RTB Roofing Limited have a combined total of 60+ years experience in the roofing industry. Working from the ground up, we boast an impressive portfolio of clients across Essex, London and surrounding areas.

RTB Roofing Limited are looking to recruit a Project Administrator to join their team.

This is a part-time position working Monday - Friday 9:30am - 2:30pm, offering a salary of £23000 per annum pro rata, with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.


Please note - There may be potential for this role to become full time in the future


Job Objectives and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations
  • Setting up new projects and chasing purchase orders.
  • Database entry, electronic filing.
  • Reviewing, updating, and maintaining up to date records.
  • Supporting in maintaining project management methods, standards, and processes.
  • Management of equipment
  • Supporting good relationship with clients
  • Invoice/Wages processing
  • Working directly with Office Manager and Contracts Manager
  • Any other tasks, within reason, required by the management team

Job Type:

Part-time hours: 22.5 per week


Salary:
£13,800.00 per year
