Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team.

As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Duties:

Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify and resolve any issues
Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality and longevity of equipment
Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand tools, power tools, or machinery
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems to diagnose and resolve problems
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs and replacements
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff members
Coordinate with external contractors for specialised repairs or installations
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
To do the weekly fire alarm/emergency lighting testing. Assist with maintaining the Fire Log Book.

Qualifications:

Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in maintaining various types of equipment
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals
Familiarity with logic controllers, electrical systems
Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise others if required
