Heating parts specialist is currently seeking a Personal Assistant who can work with senior officials on a variety of administrative tasks.
The assistant will be responsible for coordinating appointments, travel arrangements, and other clerical tasks, as well as providing support during meetings.
We are looking for someone who is both detail oriented and has strong attention to detail, good time management skills and an excellent ability to multi-task.
We are seeking an individual who can commit to atleast 4 hours per day.Responsibilities:
- Work a variety of hours, which may include some evenings and weekends.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, travel itineraries
- Answer phones.
- Day to day administative
- Manage calender
- Research for current/future projects
- Handle the financial data of one's employer, such as paying bills, and maintaining financial records.
- Manage electronic file storage systems.
- Assist organising events
- Flexible open to change
- Abililty to stay calm in stressful situations
- Work well indicidually and as a team
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary:
£9.00-£10.00 per hour
