We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to young children.

Duties:

Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
Plan and implement ageappropriate activities and learning experiences
Provide personal care to children, including feeding, diapering, and assisting with hygiene routines
Observe and monitor children's behavior and development
Collaborate with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress
Maintain accurate records of each child's daily activities and progress
Ensure the nursery is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
Follow all health and safety guidelines

Skills:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with children
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Knowledge of child development principles and best practices
Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle emergencies calmly
Basic IT skills for record keeping
