Description
WORKING ARRANGEMENTS
- Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week. Your normal working hours are from 09.00am to 3.00pm from Monday to Friday inclusive of a 20minute lunch break.
- You will be required to work 39 weeks per year between September and July.
You are not require to work during school holidays, including halfterm holidays.
- Ability to buy up to 5 days of unpaid leave during school termtime.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processing customer orders
- Liaising with Warehouse/Operations, Sales, Purchasing and Customers to resolve any order queries efficiently
- Telephone answering
- Dealing with incoming calls and enquiries enthusiastically
- Other customer service duties and office admin duties
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALITIES
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Team player who goes the extra mile
- Obsessed with Customer Service with experience working in customer related roles
- Work well under pressure managing multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a high level of accuracy
- Competent IT skills in MS Office and standard ERP/order processing software systems
