The Systems & Data team within the Commercial function is responsible for the delivering the Systems Strategy and execution across Global Customer Services (GCS) in Commercial function.

In this role you'll lead/support the delivery and coordination of all business system and IT requirements and agile delivery, working with the Customer Service teams and IT functions for successful delivery.


WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Supporting the Business systems budget planning for all programs and departments and ensure alignment with IT
  • Managing a virtual team (matrix) of indirect reports and crossfunctional project members across the GCS/IT working
  • Supporting the delivering of the business system standards across GCS and setup Governance across Virtual teams to ensure advocacy aligning with IT
  • Delivering new operating models and mentoring delivery teams to ensure more efficient delivery model across
  • Being a single GCS business system lead contact for IT
  • Being a point of Business system leadership escalation, arbitration or conflict resolution across domains
  • An internal business sponsor acting on their behalf throughout the endtoend delivery lifecycle
  • An intelligent systems partner with a clear understanding of the business imperatives and goals that's able to translate from business prioritisation to IT and delivery to the business
  • Deliver projects utilising project management techniques (Agile/Waterfall) to ensure the delivery and achievement of planned outcomes to support the achievement of strategic business objectives under challenging timelines
  • Work on projects and work streams; from scoping to delivery and including crossfunctional engagement and stakeholder management Across functions (Commercial, IT, etc.) ensuring project delivery to required timescale, quality and cost
  • Provide general support on projects in a number of areas; governance requirements, reporting, assurance processes, project management processes, general communications to support the delivery of the projects
  • Encourage knowledge transfer and lessons learnt across the GCS
  • Management of required Governance, including milestone reporting, project status reporting, financial reporting and risk and issue management
  • IT roadmaps management, supporting their creation
  • Support adherence to Operational Acceptance processes, with smooth project transition to Service Delivery
  • Use lean project management principles in order to develop more effective and efficient ways of working/tracking & reporting
  • Undertake and support scenario planning as required
  • Track and measure all live resource projects and report Project metrics to management and the area
  • Use wider business/technology experience to guide and help others to identify potential alternative solutions to problems occurring on their projects

WHAT YOU-LL NEED

  • Degree in IT (Information Technology)
  • IT PM extensive experience in Agile & Waterfall
  • Advance stakeholder management skills
  • Good Communication skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role in Project Management (Agile/Waterfall) with track record of delivery
  • Solutions Technology background
  • Methodical detailed approach to work context and attention to detail
  • Planning experience
  • Analytical skills to identify how one issue can impact on another and put in place the required interventions through support or from own knowledge base
  • Ability to present complex data & issues to a varied audience
  • Experience of Problem Resolution using structured approaches and deliver value to the business
  • Ability to manage risks and issues in a proactive manner
  • Negotiation and adaptability skills
