What you'll do

As an Insights Executive in the Customer Satisfaction Insight team, your primary responsibility will be the management of satisfaction trackers across all brands and channels, including Sainsburys, Argos, and Tu.

You will ensure the quality and validity of the programme, optimising the data collection methods and sample sizes while prioritising areas for improvement.

Additionally, you will lead the launch of new satisfaction programmes, establish strong relationships with internal teams, and stay updated on industry best practises for customer satisfaction measurement.

Your role will involve quantitative questionnaire design, data analysis, stakeholder management, and proactive decision-making to bring valuable customer insights to important business decisions.

Your strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication style will be crucial in successfully fulfilling your role and driving ongoing improvements in our satisfaction programmes.


Who you are

As a C4 Insight Exec in the Customer Satisfaction Insight team, you are a highly organised and proactive professional who is passionate about understanding and improving customer satisfaction.

With your expertise in quantitative questionnaire design and data analysis, you play a vital role in managing and optimising our satisfaction trackers across all our brands.

Your strong interpersonal and communication skills allow you to build strong relationships with internal teams, ensuring effective collaboration in delivering the programme.

You demonstrate excellent attention to detail, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, enabling you to drive ongoing improvements and provide meaningful insights to support important business decisions.

In this role, you take ownership of managing multiple projects, proactively identifying areas of improvement, and ensuring data quality and validity while staying up-to-date with industry best practises.


What you need to know
Experience in quantitative questionnaire design is essential

An understanding of survey tools - Qualtrics is ideal but not essential

An ability to analyse data form surveys to make sure they are optimised and delivering meaningful Insights

Knowledge of microstrategy ideal but not essential

Experience in effectively managing multiple projects

There are many ways to have acquired these skills and this knowledge, so there are no specific qualifications required. However, experience at a research agency may be a benefit.
