The Essence of the Role

Reporting to the Group Marketing Director, the essence of this role is to lead the overall strategy and development of digital marketing continually improving ROI.

The Scope of the role

Develop brand presence, attraction of new customers and deliver CRO strategies
Implement the digital marketing strategy across multiple brands and products
Manage digital marketing budgets against ROI and KPI's
Develop marketing automation and lead management processes,
Conversion and manage new acquisitions and existing customers for maximum ROI
Manage digital agency partners
Create insights and provide regular reports to drive performance and future campaigns
Remain forefront with platforms gaining access to emerging features and technologies
