Grafton Banks Finance are delighted to be supporting a client with offices in central Brighton. Our client seeks a Finance Administrator to work across the general ledger for a 6 month FTC. This role will be supporting the accounts payable function with a range of tasks.


Duties will include:

  • Matching purchase ledger invoices
  • Analyse the aged creditors and liaise with suppliers
  • Complete bank account postings
  • Process adhoc payments on a daily basis
  • Respond to queries
  • Seeking authorization of supplier invoice payments
  • Print customer cheques
  • Processing staff expenses
  • Ad hoc support across the team

Desired skills and experience:

  • AAT qualifications
  • Strong IT skills, including Excel
  • Strong organization skills and ability to work within a team environment
