Overview
Role - Business Analyst

Salary - up to £50,000

Location - Remote

Our client is looking for
A Unique opportunity to expand your skills and develop a wide-ranging understanding of the company. You will get to work in different locations across the UK. This role requires a confident, dynamic, and flexible individual with proven Business Analyst experience.

What you will be doing:

Analysis of business issues and needs by using the appropriate business analysis methodologies and techniques in order to elicit the real business need behind problem statements and highlevel requirements
Production of high/detailed level requirements and business solution design documentation to ensure completeness and coherence
Reviewing and sign off on implementation plans where appropriate
Identify potential improvements as part of a wider Business Analysis Competency
Engagement with business experts to understand current business processes and/or transitional and future requirements

What we're looking for:

Strong facilitation, communication, listening, coaching and presentation skills, with experience of running results driven workshops
Demonstrate effective and productive stakeholder management both internally at all levels
Builds productive relationships with functions and third parties outside of the project team
Experience of full project life cycle
Ability to demonstrate strong customer focus and communicate in business language
Encourages development of others through knowledge sharing to negate single point of failure
Excellent analytical and numerical reasoning skills, combined with strong oral and written skills
