Description

DLI Engineering are looking to recruit an
experienced PUMA CNC Turner to join their Team of Precision Engineers in
Trimdon, Co Durham manufacturing parts for the Oil, Gas & Aerospace Industries.

We have invested in New Machinery and have a new Management Team overseeing the Shop Floor.

Programming, setting and operating
Puma 400 and 600 machines for one off components and small batch runs.
Machine a variety of
exotic materials including Inconel, Super Duplex, Titanium etc.
Experience
machining large components supplied to the Oil & Gas and Aerospace Industry standards.
Are a timed served Engineer

It is
desirable that applicants have experience of:

Operating Large
CNC Lathes:
Programming using
Fanuc conversation
Turning metals to
tight tolerances:
Reading and interpreting
engineering drawings

As most of the work is bespoke and a high percentage one offs and small batch runs, this is an
interesting and
varied position working with your "Buddy" on the opposite shift.

This position requires a strong
Team Player who will share knowledge and know how.

There are various shift patterns with an opportunity of overtime as required. OTE in excess of £45K

£45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
