Description
Working at Campanile hotels means working in a small but happy and tight-knit team. We work together to ensure our guests feel at home and most importantly, enjoy their stay with us.

You'll be a natural team player and be able to see the bigger picture in an environment where there is always something happening.

As Receptionist you will be polite, calm and have the ability to make every guest feel like a VIP. You will have excellent communication skills and always act professionally.

You will most likely be the first and last person the guests see, so lasting impressions play a big part of this role.


  • Implement & respect chain's SOP
  • Implement corrective action after guest review, mystery visit and complaint letter
  • Invoice contracted company
  • Invoice individual guest
  • Manage cash handling
  • Control Cash
  • Run End of day reports
  • Chase debtor
  • Participate in the up sell / cross sell
  • Participate in the opening and closing of the department
  • Ensure guest safety
