This is a great opportunity to join my client, a highly regarded industry leading Multidisciplinary Consultancy known for lending their expertise to diverse projects across water geotechnical and environmental landscapes.Responsibilities For The Role Of Drainage Engineer Include
- Working alongside technical experts and design professionals
- Producing Drainage Strategies including Sustainable Drainage Systems SuDS Authoring Flood Risk Assessments FRA Undertaking site visits analysing interpreting relevant data producing technical documents including reports etc Using appropriate software packages including MicroDrainage Causeway Flow etc inform produce designs other technical documents Working AutoCAD produce conceptual drainage system designs Liaising clients stakeholders Required skills experience role include A UK Bachelors Degree equivalent Civil Engineering Hydrology cognate discipline Experience winning projects contributing Business Development BD Extensive experience working drainage flood risk role within consultancy setting Demonstrable experience producing Drainage Strategies authoring Flood Risk Assessments Proficient use of variety relevant software systems including MicroDrainage InfoDrainage Causeway Flow TUFLOW etc Good working knowledge AutoCAD GIS software systems Excellent communication written verbal interpersonal skills Possess full valid UK Driving Licence Desirable skills experience role include Keen interest actively attaining Chartered Status Understanding relevant policy procedures regulatory processes industry Good knowledge hydraulic modelling
