Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments and speaking with customers
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect inquiries to the appropriate person
  • Assist in preparing documents and reports
  • Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain databases
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

Salary:
£10.42 per hour
