Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments and speaking with customers
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect inquiries to the appropriate person
- Assist in preparing documents and reports
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain databases
- Conduct research and gather information as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
Salary:
£10.42 per hour
