We need a strong, effective leader who will bring a passion and a strong work ethic focusing on further improving the behaviour and standards across the school.
You will be specifically responsible for embedding policy and practice in relation to student behaviour and standards by ensuring all staff are clear about their roles and accountabilities.
You will work closely with all members of the Senior Leadership Team to monitor and evaluate behaviour and standards and will report to key stakeholders on outcomes and recommendations.
Other specific elements of the role will be decided upon once in post.This role will require the skills, dedication and work ethic consummate with that of a senior leader alongside a willingness to support and challenge all stakeholders.
