The Opportunity


As Operations Support, you will be responsible for reviewing and submitting subcontractor invoices, as well as being a focal point for client timesheet queries.

Key duties and responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:

  • Focal point for PAYE and subcontractor timesheet queries
  • Raising PO's for subcontractors, agency workers and support the training team commercially
  • Submitting reviewed subcontractor invoices to the Commercial Manager for approval
  • Submission of approved invoices to Head Office
  • Support the wider Commercial Team

The Person

Essential:


  • NAT 5/ GSCE in Maths and English
  • Organisation skills
  • Problem solving
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Determination and persistence

Desirable:


  • City and Guilds Qualification on NVQ in business/ admin
