The Supply Room is currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a Specialist School in Lymington, Hampshire.

This rewarding position involves working with students aged 7-19 who have been diagnosed with Autism, aiding them in developing vital life skills.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with students on a 1-1 basis or within small groups, assisting them in reaching their academic and personal goals.

Your responsibilities will include providing support during classroom activities, fostering a positive learning environment, and helping students thrive with confidence and independence.

A long-term commitment to the education sector is highly valued, as this position offers a 16-week temporary-to-permanent contract from day 1.

Previous experience working or volunteering with children or vulnerable adults is advantageous but not essential, providing an opportunity for those looking to embark on a fulfilling career in education.
