Permanent role Monday-Friday hour lunch)

Based in the idyllic setting of Ryton Gardens with parking or a free bus service from Coventry City Centre is available

The Role:


We are looking for a Staff Communications and Engagement Officer who will help produce and deliver content to bring to life our 2030 Group Strategy for our thousands of staff based in the UK and around the world.


You will work with colleagues to develop and maintain an internal communications toolkit, including templates, newsletters, channels matrix and tone of voice guide.

You will also help develop and maintain relationships and structures that enable the flow of relevant, engaging content from across the Group, and analysing and reporting on data to track performance against KPIs.


The Successful Applicant:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of working in communications with a practical knowledge of internal communications and engagement.
  • Excellent copywriting, proofreading and editing skills.
  • Ability to relate to and communicate with a range of audiences.
  • An appreciation of other cultures, the global reach of the University Group and our international agenda
