A multi-functional role within our Finance Department. Reporting to the AP Manager this role encompasses all aspects of Accounts payable, Payment Processing, Vendor Invoicing, Credit Approval and Reconciliations

  • Record and post supplier invoices daily to the nominal ledger ensuring the correct coding has been applied
  • Ensure all invoices have obtained internal approval within 30 days
  • Process company credit card reconciliations, ensuring all receipts are received
  • Process monthly media spend invoices and raise payment within the agreed timeframes
  • Prepare regular supplier payment runs and any adhoc payments for approval by the AP Manager to agreed deadlines
  • Set up intercompany bank transfers
  • Resolve supplier payment queries within the agreed timeframes
  • Review creditors monthly and resolve outstanding issues and debit balances on creditor accounts in a timely manner
  • Adhoc cover of tasks while other Controllers are on annual leave: bank postings, expenses.
  • Adhoc duties as required by the AP Manager

Requirements:


Essential:


  • International business experience
  • Used to dealing with large volume & multicurrency transactions
  • Understanding of Accounts Payable principles
  • Good data entry skills and attention to detail

Desired:


  • Working knowledge of Sage 200
