As a housing officer, you will be at the heart of this - becoming a familiar face in our communities, providing a comprehensive, high-quality housing management service to customers.

We have a fantastic opportunity for experienced and caring housing professionals to join our team at Wheatley Homes East.


You will be:
- an enthusiastic and caring professional who can work, adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and constantly innovating and improving organisation;
- passionate about delivering excellent customer service; and
- able to work collaboratively with customers and partner agencies to support the continued development of our communities.


You should have:
- at least two years' experience working within a housing officer role or be part of our internal Ignite Graduate programme;
- excellent interpersonal skills;
- a good knowledge of current housing legislation;
- a proven track record of excellent rental income collection, void and neighbourhood management; and
- demonstrative experience of managing a challenging workload.

The role will involve working from home, with travel requirements to allocated patch and Group offices when required, therefore a driving licence is required.

Holding, or working towards, a housing qualification at CIH Level 2 or equivalent is desirable.
