Well, now's the perfect time as our client are seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated Graduatesor Customer Service professionals to join their expanding travel customer care team based in Birmingham


As a Travel Customer Care Advisor, you'll have the opportunity to become an expert in the Business Travel Sector, work with B2B customers and be part of a dynamic, growing team.

You'll act proactively and address your clients' needs at any stage of theirtravels, ensuring high customer satisfaction and maintaining relationships at a 7 Star satisfaction standard.


These are full-time positions, with varied shift patterns between 7am and 7pm Mon to Fri and one in six Saturdays.

Role of Travel Customer Care Advisor:

  • Support B2B customers in their Business Travels
  • Liaise with suppliers and partners to resolve booking issues
  • Keep high satisfaction standards and exceed customer expectations as much as possible when managing bookings, queries and requests
  • Addressing, preempting and solving problems
  • Help define and establish best practices together with the rest of the team in sales, operations and customer care

Skills required for the role:


  • Customer Service Experience gained in a fastpaced office environment OR
  • Graduate looking to begin their career within the travel sector
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to organise, prioritise and manage own workload efficiently to tight deadlines
  • Excellent team player with the ability to work independently
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Ability to deliver a seven star service
