I am currently recruiting on behalf of carbon and water efficiency specialist for a customer liaison Officers in the Redhill area.


Tenant Liaison Officer is the main point of contact for tenants and will manage queries and complaints in a timely manner.

The Tenant Liaison Officer is responsible for carrying out pre-entry visits/surveys to ensure appointments convert to installations,maximising the efficiency of the installation team.

Required skills

  • Previous experience of providing high level customer service to members of the public.
  • At least 1 year customer service experience.
  • Ability to interact sensitively with others.
  • Using computers and computer systems to enter data, or process information.
  • Effective complaints handling skills.
  • Proactive, selfmotivated and knows when to seek guidance.
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team to achieve common objectives.
  • At least 1 year customer service experience.
  • A driving license and access to your own vehicle.
  • A clean DBS check, reed will conduct this.
Hourly rate 15.75, PAYE, plus holiday pay.

Start date ASAP working hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
