Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR & Payroll Data Analyst to join an established Accountancy firm, based in the
UK.

The primary purpose of the role is to provide accurate and effective analysis, reports, and data solutions to the company's HR and payrollteams.

Job Description:

The HR & Payroll Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting data, and providing reports and data solutions to the HR and payroll teams.

The HR & Payroll Data Analyst will be responsible for conducting data audits, monitoringand benchmarking data trends, and creating data dashboards and reports.

The role requires a technical understanding of HR and payroll processes, as well as an in-depth knowledge of data analysis.

Responsibilities:

Collect, analyse, and interpret data from the HR and payroll departments.
Conduct data audits and perform data validations.
Monitor and benchmark data trends and make recommendations for improvements.
Develop data solutions, dashboards, and reports for HR and payroll teams.
Identify and resolve data discrepancies.
Assist with the preparation of management reports.
Work with HR and payroll teams to develop data solutions.
Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
Indepth knowledge of HR and payroll processes.
Proven experience in data analysis.
Excellent problemsolving skills.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of SQL and Tableau is desirable.
