Responsibilities:


  • Liaise with clients to discuss and advise on any increases to their plans on an annual basis. Ensure this liaison is managed in a timely and well organised fashion, affording plenty of time for all steps of the process to be managed without any pressure on any party.
  • Liaise with clients on draft communications advising patients of any increase and arrange the eshot and/or mailing fulfilment should the client wish for us to manage the patient communication on their behalf (applicable in the majority of instances). Ensure such communications are accurate, proofread and signed off by clients.
  • Liaise with the design team and clients, to adjust promotional material to reflect any price increases.
  • Advise on any capitation plan rebanding process where necessary and support the practice to ensure this is conducted as required.
  • Being proactive in keeping a clients plan offerings in good order e.g. scrapping redundant plans.
  • Supporting clients and being proactive in encouraging capitation to maintenance plan conversions.
  • Record all engagement in relation to price increase liaison on our central CRM platform.
  • The anniversary of clients' price increases varies and falls throughout every month of the year, ensuring a steady stream of workload, albeit with there being one or two busier periods across the year.

Other duties:


  • Checking client websites to ensure plan related information and promotion is accurate and effective.
  • Being proactive in encouraging client practices to publish on their website / make available to a patient's terms and conditions associated with their plans, providing guidance templates and recording the clients approach to this on CRM.
  • Keeping the asset library version history up to date for communication templates, as market conditions change or systems and processes develop.
  • Support in delivering virtual or remote training sessions to dental practices via Microsoft Teams or Zoom.

Education/Skills:


  • Exposure to the health care industry is advantageous but not required.
  • Efficiency, accuracy, prioritisation, and attention to detail are vital.
  • Excellent IT skills confident in the use of Microsoft office programmes.
  • Extremely confident in dealing with data and Microsoft Excel this is key skill requirement
  • Highly numerate and articulate.
  • An eye for detail and strong literacy with the ability to proofread.
  • Dealing with mailing fulfilment would be advantageous.
  • A strong communicator able to interact effectively with colleagues, clients and other stakeholders.
  • Comfortable in presenting and challenging.
  • Credible in representing the company to clients and other stakeholders.
  • A team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness and ability to learn 'on the job' following initial training.
