Job summary
We are looking for a 1st & 2nd Line Support Technician to provide support to users for all PC hardware, software and associated peripherals. To manage and resolve support calls on the IT Helpdesk and document their outcome. Maintaining the IT Departments technical documentation.To deploy and maintain PCs and associated peripherals including redeployment of existing equipment to agreed standards.
- Create user accounts for new starters on AD, Email systems and ERP systems
- Complete daily checklist to identify any issues early
