    Job Title: Student Support Assistant with Medication Experience


    Located in Hounslow, this full-time role offers a competitive hourly rate of £14.19-£16.67.


    About the Role:

    This position requires a Student Support Assistant to work within the Supported Learning Department of a local college. The ideal candidate will provide support for students with additional needs, enabling them to learn effectively and independently. Key responsibilities include managing student timetables, recording attendance, and developing strategies to overcome learning barriers.


    Key Duties:

    • Identify opportunities for students to work independently where possible.
    • Assist with general pastoral care and provide emotional support to students.
    • Plan activities and supervise students out of lesson times.

    Requirements:

    • Able to provide professional references covering the last two years.
