    Job Description

    Sales Administrator, Reading

    • Manage customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring seamless communication with internal stakeholders.
    • Effectively deal with customers via telephone, email, and Teams, providing timely resolutions to their queries.
    • Collaborate closely with the sales team to guarantee timely delivery of products and services.
    • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
    • Utilize CRM expertise to search, code, and update customer information.
    • Prepare and generate sales reports, tracking key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships.
    • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals, supporting business growth initiatives.

    The Successful Applicant

    We seek an experienced Sales Administrator with:

    • A proven track record in sales administration or customer service.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
    • Experience with CRM systems is highly desirable.
