This international US law firm has offices across the globe, with a modern office based in the heart of the City of London.

There is now an opportunity for you as a corporate M&A solicitor to join the City of London office of this prestigious law firm.

You will work on a range of top quality private and public M&A work alongside a collegiate team of first-rate corporate solicitors.

Fully qualified corporate solicitor (ideally 6 months4 years' PQE)
Corporate M&A experience gained at a leading City firm, preferably Magic Circle or top tier US
Excellent academics
