Halo Recruit are working in partnership with one of the UKs specialist housing experts to recruit for an experienced
Mobile Cleaner to join their team covering the Bristol region.

This is a permanent opportunity, working directly for our Client.

The role is mobile, and will cover the Company's portfolio of self-contained and shared accommodation properties within the Bristol region.

The successful postholder will be provided with a Company vehicle and fuel card for the purposes of carrying out their role, therefore a full UK driving licence is a mandatory requirement of the role.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

The role will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining a range of supported living properties within the Company's accomodation portfolio, ensuring that they operate as smoothly and effectively as possible.

Duties will include:

Cleaning of rooms / properties as directed, ensuring that all areas are cleaned to a high standard
Cleaning of void rooms / properties, preparing them for new residents
Removal of rubbish, disposing of it correctly
Checking kitchen appliances are clean and free from hazards, as well as common areas
Ensure that all houses are hygienic and well maintained
Report any repairs to the maintenance office team
Support when no lone working is required
Carry out sharps sweeps as required (full training to be provided, but previous experience in this would be preferred).

A driving license is an essential requirement, and a Company vehicle will be provided. All cleaning materials and tools will be provided.

Salary and Benefits
Up to £24k per annum, depending on experience
