Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the District Nursing Service within Dundee.

The above post offers an excellent opportunity for two Nurse's to lead District Nursing Teams within a locality in Dundee City and to be an integral part of a test of change project in relation to advanced practice roles within District Nursing.

The post holder will work with senior managers to develop and embed these advanced practice roles to enhance the care of patients in Dundee.

A proven track record in change management would be an advantage as Dundee Health and Social Care Partnership are in the implementation phase of Transforming Primary Care Services.

Medical Prescribing Qualification and have completed a Clinical Examination Module.

Ability to travel across Tayside is required.
