Job Description:


Morgan McKinley are currently on the look out for a motivated Business partner looking to help support this well established business in Hemel Hempstead.


  • Production of detailed activity reporting for areas of responsibility working in partnership with budget holders providing advice on financial implications and risks of proposed business initiatives / activities.
  • Preparation of monthly management reporting for the Property and BI area ensuring management accounts are prepared in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Guide and enable managers in the preparation of budgets & forecasts ensuring these are competed on a timely basis and provide incisive commentary on the assumptions and implications of the figures presented.
  • Support in the production of statutory accounts during year end ensuring accounts are prepared in line with regulations
  • Support the audit of statutory accounts by liaising with auditors and providing any required information in a timely manner.
  • Adding value and providing insight and analysis to all stakeholders.
  • Supporting the implementation of the new finance system
  • Completion of monthly allocated reconciliations.
  • Provide cover and support to the Finance team for absence and workload peaks.
  • Improving and maintaining process improvements as well as updating procedure documentation.
- enabling the achievement of value for money (VFM) by providing ad-hoc financial analysis

  • You will be required to undertake any other reasonable duties/projects as required by your line manager/senior manager.
