About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our hard-working, highly successful team.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the person will oversee the day to day activities of the operational workforce, covering all aspects of waste management, health and safety, compliance and routine administration duties.


This is a dynamic and fast paced role and you will have the confidence to handle any challenge that comes your way to assist in maintaining operations.

You will need to be decisive, be able to manage competing priorities and balance this by reflecting on and implementing key changes to ensure continuous improvement.


You will need

  • Experience of managing frontline staff & resources within an operational environment
  • Knowledge of legislation, specifically H&S at Work Ac 1974, Highways Act 1980, Env. Act 202
  • Knowledge of IT systems, preferably MS Office, Business World, Alloy
  • Excellent verbal & written, communication, presentation & organisation skills
