This role is in a busy Dementia Care Residential Home.You will be based at Thomas Gabrielle EMI Care Home in Old Cwmbran however you will form part of the team employed within Virgo Care Homes Ltd.
You will be supported to develop in your role and in the Company as you gain knowledge and experience.You will be required to attend training as arranged for you to support your development. You will also be required to maintain records as legislation demands.
The Home is a dementia unit and you will need to be patient and understanding and have prior knowledge of the condition and proven skills in managing this environment.
Your contract will be mostly Day Shifts but you will be expected to support by doing Night Shifts as well if required.
