Insurer Relationship Executive - London, United Kingdom - Miller Insurance Services
Description
Role Responsibilities:
- Support the Market Management team with the development and management of Miller's strategic re/insurer relationships.
- Assist in identifying opportunities, creating and executing engagement plans, recording key activities and evidencing the delivery of required services.
- Contribute to projects that are key to our proposition, including but not limited to developing data dashboards, undertaking survey(s) including analysis and presentation of the findings and smallscale event organisation.
- Work with teams across Miller to understand their business, support on engaging with new capacity, identify new business opportunities and provide problem solving and escalation support when faced with challenges.
- Provide data packs and analysis for key meetings, external and internal, with senior management.
- Attend and represent Miller at external events/networking opportunities.
- Support the training of other team members as the team continues to grow, acting as a role model to drive high performance.
- Manage invoicing and legal contracts.
- Maintain diary management for key activities across the team and wider business where required.
- Remain aware of the market competitor offerings, market trends, potential changes/risks in the industry that affect the division/company and how we work.
- Constantly think of ways to innovate the proposition, the way we present and interpret data and engage with our key partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal (broking teams, legal, operations etc) and external stakeholders (insurers, regulators, brokers).
- Promote Miller brand and values to enhance Miller's reputation in the market.
