On behalf of a successful and fast-growing Leicestershire manufacturer, we are now looking for a talented and creative Marketing Manager to join their friendly team in an exciting and newly created role.


Based at the Global HQ in Coalville, the successful applicant will create and deliver the marketing and brand strategy for the overall company, as well as managing day-to-day marketing activities.

The successful applicant will also work collaboratively withthe US side of the business.


We're looking for individuals with up-to-the-minute marketing expertise who can create engaging, channel-relevant marketing content that drives visibility and commercial growth.


As Marketing Manager, you'll have the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for developing, planning, and implementing the marketing, brand, digital and PR strategies
  • Delivering marketing campaigns and communications using both digital and nondigital media
  • Starttofinish creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketingrelated projects
  • Managing marketing contractors, external agencies, and suppliers
  • Developing and maintaining company identity on social media platforms
  • Collaborating with Directors and Sales team to develop campaigns and set the KPIs for success
  • Establishing marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
  • Monitoring, collecting, and reporting on marketing activity, data, and performance
  • Maintaining effective internal communications, including company newsletter

We're looking for a Marketing Manager with the following skills and experience:

  • Experience as a Marketing Manager in a B2B sales environment
  • Adept at understanding target markets and creating compelling campaigns that are channelspecific
  • Takes a creative, positive, cando approach with the confidence to put forward and develop innovative ideas
  • IT literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Outlook and Word
  • Comprehensive understanding of available marketing channels and industry trends
  • Awareness of latest technologies available for production and publication
  • Excellent communication skills including international cultural awareness
  • Strong analytical and project management skills

Hours of work:


  • Monday to Friday, 8.00am 5.00pm
  • Flexible working hours can be considered

Salary and benefits:

- £40,000 - £45,000

  • Annual bonus scheme
  • 25 days' annual leave (+ bank holidays)
