Description
Knowledge, Skills- Experience of arrears management, debt recovery and litigation preferable but not essential.
- Experience working within a targetdriven, telephoned based financial environment with a desire to exceed expectations
- Positive attitude and resilient when faced with challenging situations
- Ability to assess, analyse & recommend solutions to customers in complex situations
- Ability to remain calm and openminded showing high levels of emotional intelligence with customers experiencing difficulties
- Understanding our regulatory obligations to ensure good customer outcomes
- Excellent administrative skills to include PC skills covering Microsoft suite of products
