_£120-£150_


This role will implement and deliver an appropriate broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for all pupils as well as facilitate, support and monitor the overall progress and development of the children.

The post holder will also foster alearning environment and educational experience which provides pupils with the opportunity to fulfil their individual potential.

Role requirements and expectations for a Primary Teacher role:

  • Hold a QTS or equivalent
  • Have a genuine interest in child development and education
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures
  • Positive, cando attitude
  • To work closely with the primary school to ensure expectations are understood and support can be given
  • To have good behaviour management skills and confidently run lessons for classes of up to 30 students
  • To be compassionate and have an understanding of SEN / EAL / additional needs and how to adapt within the classroom to ensure all pupils have an equal opportunity in their learning environment
  • To deliver preplanned lessons
  • To have an understanding of the national curriculum and how to promote learning and development in line with this

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
