What you'll be doing:
- Responsible for the management and delivery of all aspects of project control integration for a define scope of work within the programme, through the engagement of a varied number of stakeholders across multiple shared service teams
- Capable of Influencing and motivating a significant number of internal and external stakeholders through positive engagement with CAMs and Planners
- Deliver effective stakeholder management and communication to all internal and external stakeholders both face to face and through teleconferences
- Manage a number of different tasks and be proactive in problem solving, escalating to Programme Manager/senior management as appropriate
- Drive continuous improvement and efficiency by challenging existing ways of doing things, including proactively working with the wider stakeholders to ensure consistency at Programme level.
Your skills and experiences:
- Existing experience within Project Control function
- Capable of influencing, negotiation and motivating to achieve outcomes through positive engagement
- Effective stakeholder management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication
- Proficient IT skills, including MS Office, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to problem solve while managing multiple different projects
The Integration and Project Control Team - Typhoon Support & Training:
A delivery project management team which provides all integration, business management and project control support to Qatar Typhoon Support & Training.
This role is for a lead project control professional within this fast paced team.Benefits:
