This is a varied and busy post where you will use your HR knowledge and experience to advise managers on best practice, support the appointment and induction of new starters and assist the HR manager with all matters relating to the employee cycle.

You should have membership of the CIPD, ideally at level 3 or above and recent experience in an HR generalist role or similar for a not-for-profit or educational establishment of a similar size.
