  • Providing excellent customer service, providing advice, guidance and technical support within SLA and business KPI's
  • Development and continuous improvement of our client' managed services and proactively assisting with recommendations to increase customer satisfaction
  • Proactive engagement with the IT Manager to assist, promote and identify the correct solutions for the customer
  • Autonomous selfstarter, able to acquire new knowledge and skills quickly
  • Confident and professional with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Customer and stakeholder focused in a busy work environment
  • Methodical, accurate, analytical and attention to detail
