Specialising in partnering with and consulting Ecommerceclients, they work with the likes of M&S, Crew Clothing, Dreams, Reed & more.

Joining as Paid Search Senior Account Manager, you will lead across account management and development, as well as client servicing, and team management.
- Managing and supporting junior team members, reviewing their development, and delegating tasks to them
- Carrying out forecasting, whilst meeting and surpassing targets
- Exceptional client account management, liaising with partners on a regular basis
- Grow and expand the quality of work across your clients.
- Develop and sustain new business initiatives and innovative solutions on client accounts
- Maintain a strategic outlook on client activity, and moderating workload across your team and managing quality control on product
- Regulate training and internal/external communication.
You will have:
- At least 3 years' experience managing Paid Search campaigns.
- Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Ads and Google platforms, as well as bid management tools such as Kenshoo/Skai, Marin, etc.
- Sufficient experience working on conversionbased campaigns.
- Experience managing junior team members.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to create longstanding professional relationships.
- A commercial attitude, as well as a personable and positive attitude
