We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual with a passion for recruitment and the desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Pay:
£18,000 to £20,000


Hours:
Office base role working 08:30am-4:30pm


As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant your main responsibilities will be;

  • Coordinating interviews and managing the recruitment process
  • Working towards and exceeding targets and KPIs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to targets
  • Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic
  • Good organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Experience in a customerfacing role is desirable but not essential
