Customer Service Support
Salary:
£23k - £25k (DOE)
Working Hours: 8am to 4:30pm, Full Time Working hours.
Location:
Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.

**The Key Duties of the Customer Service Administrator
- Processing of International sales orders, working closely with the Planning and Logistics departments
- Answering customer enquiries, specifically relating to export documentation
- Ensuring export documentation is requested or created (Export Declaration, Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Origin)
- Provide transport certificates to customers as and when required (e.g., DGN, COC, EX1, EUR1)
- Filing of paperwork and obtaining proof of export and associated documentation
- Ensure compliance of standard operating procedures
- Liaising with all departments to ensure customer needs are met/satisfied
- Providing support and cover for other members of the team, as and when required
- All other administration tasks, as and when required
