Customer Service Support

Salary:
£23k - £25k (DOE)


Working Hours: 8am to 4:30pm, Full Time Working hours.


Location:
Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.

**The Key Duties of the Customer Service Administrator

  • Processing of International sales orders, working closely with the Planning and Logistics departments
  • Answering customer enquiries, specifically relating to export documentation
  • Ensuring export documentation is requested or created (Export Declaration, Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Origin)
  • Provide transport certificates to customers as and when required (e.g., DGN, COC, EX1, EUR1)
  • Filing of paperwork and obtaining proof of export and associated documentation
  • Ensure compliance of standard operating procedures
  • Liaising with all departments to ensure customer needs are met/satisfied
  • Providing support and cover for other members of the team, as and when required
  • All other administration tasks, as and when required
